FITNESS TRAINING SERVICES:
Chef Jerry has been into fitness for 36 years participating in Football,
Hockey and Baseball in Athletic Sports. Chef Jerry has experience in Personal
Training, Works out 5-6 days per week in Cardio cross training such as
Swimming 1 hour 3 to 4 days per week, light weight lifting and High Impact
stair master and running.

Chef Jerry has prepared an array of Healthy International Cuisines for
Business Professionals and Professional NBA and MLB Players for many years and
continues to do so as of today. Hearty appetites are welcomed!

them not only in personal chef but also providing clients with personal needs
in or outside the home. It could be from dry cleaning, taking the car for
service etc.
